A slower pace class which focuses on restoring your body and mind back to calmness. Class will have a combination of stretch sequence and towards the end of class, you get a moment of mindfulness to find your calm while laying in the hammock. This class may have minimal inversion.
A slower pace class which focuses more on active stretches. Imagine your traditional floor yoga, but spicing it up with aerial fabrics. Aerial Stretch is ideal for beginners or anyone else who prefer a good stretch! This class may have minimal inversion.
With a slower pace and smaller classes, Aerial Basics will help you build aerial foundations and confidence. You may be surprised as you discover your own strength and agility throughout the class.
If you are completely new to aerial, it is recommended to attend at least 3 Aerial Basic class before moving to Aerial Active. This class will have 50% inversions. If you are unsure, please reach out to our aerial yoga instructors for help.
If you want a bit of challenge, Aerial Active is for you! The sequence for this class is continuous and will test your upper body strength, ability to balance and grip. You will use what you have learn in basics to piece it together into a mini flow
This class will have at least 50% inversion. Recommended to have attended at least 3 classes of Aerial Basic.
This class will test your fitness level as we explore open fabric sequences high off the ground. There will be binds and high inversions in this class.
Recommended to have a solid aerial foundation and attend at least 3-5 Aerial Active classes to build strength before challenging yourself in this class as it requires stamina to get through the sequence. There will be binds and high inversions in this class.
A high intensity class with strengthening exercises using the hammock - designed to build your core, train the upper body, arm and back.
This class will be perfect for those aerial students who feel stuck at a particular trick and want to build that strength or if you are simply after a general workout.
Beginner friendly class where you get familiar with the aerial hoop and learn simple techniques on how to get basic forms on the hoop. End each class with a mini flow of the shapes you learn during the class.
One-on-one private aerial yoga lessons, focus on what you want to learn or improve at the pace you are comfortable with.
