Aerial Basics will help you build aerial foundations and confidence. You may be surprised as you discover your own strength and agility throughout the class.
Learn basic aerial poses/tricks in this class, all of which are needed to progress further into your aerial journey.
Recommended to attend 3-4 classes before moving to Aerial Basics 2.

In Aerial Basics 2, you will learn to piece the basic aerial poses into a short flow. You should be able to do most of the poses in Aerial Basic 1 unassisted.
Your flow may include flips, roll off, transitions of different climbs. (Flow has maximum 4 steps) Recommended to attend 3-4 classes before moving to Aerial Active.

If you want a bit of challenge, Aerial Active is for you! The flow for this class is more complex and will use skills you’ve learnt from both basic classes plus intermediate aerial techniques like thigh wrap, inward hook, cross back, hip key etc.
Be prepared to test your upper body strength, endurance, body coordination and also your memory of the steps!

A high intensity class with strengthening exercises using the hammock - designed to condition your body and help you accomplish the tricks in Aerial Basic and Aerial Active classes.
This class will be perfect for those aerial students who feel stuck at a particular trick and want to build that core strength or if you are simply after a general workout.

Aims to strengthen your muscles using the hammock and pilates ball. It is a whole body workout and is particularly designed to build your endurance by focusing on controlled and slow movements.
