Aerial Beginners 26 Week Course

If you've already taken our Aerial Beginners Course or have experience in aerial yoga, the Aerial Beginners 2 course is the perfect next step for you. Our experienced instructors will guide you through new flows and poses to challenge your skills and deepen your practice.

Over the course of 6 weeks, you'll refine the techniques learned in the previous course and build upon them to create more complex movements and sequences. Our goal is to help you feel comfortable and confident as you progress in your aerial yoga journey.

In Aerial Beginners 2, you'll work on preparing for challenging open fabric flows using a variety of techniques, including inversions, drops, and dynamic movements. Our small class sizes ensure you'll receive personalized attention and guidance to help you achieve your aerial goals.

This course is suitable for all ages and fitness levels, but previous experience with aerial yoga is recommended. Join us and take your aerial practice to the next level!
